part-3 Chest Isolation Exercises

interested in knowing what kind of exercises will increase your bust size. But let me tell you what this article is going to do and what it's not going to do. What this article is going to do is give you five exercises that will lift and open your chest, enhance what you really have without surgery but what it is not going to do is, it is not going to take you from an A cup to a Double D, okay? That is not happening if that's what you want, this article is not going to do it and you may need to consult a doctor and talk about surgery but that's a whole 'nother thing. So, if you are here to really strengthen your chest, and also really lift what you've got, then you're in the right place you guys. So, today we have five exercises that we're gonna do each for one minute and 30 seconds, and moving on to the next zero break it's gonna give you a workout that is seven minutes and 35 seconds long, it's super intense and super isolated on the chest area. So, for your first move what you're going to do is lie all the way down, you guys, point the toes hard, now your hand positioning is gonna be slightly in front of your chin, make sure the hands are facing in at a 45 degree angle. They're not here, they're not here, they're right here okay? Now pressing to the heel of your palm, I want you to lift halfway up almost to like 75% up and we go down to 25%. So 75, 25 don't go all the way down 'cause you get too much a break and don't go all the way up because you're gonna lock your arms and also get too much of a break okay, you guys? I'm gonna hit that timer and we are gonna get started right now with your Cobra chest Press. Let's do this, here we go. Lifting 75 down 25, 75, 25 now I'm already shaking now let me tell you why this works okay, we're opening up the back muscles, we're pressing through the chest, working your chest muscles which are the muscles right underneath your boobs so the more you work those, the more your boobs will lift up okay? Now working the back to really open you up so that you are not slouching because that also makes your boobs look slouchy and everything because you're not opening and lifting your chest, okay? You are now really pushing through the heel of your palm oh my gosh, I am feeling this, whoa. You got 40 seconds to go, come on going from the 25 to the 75 right there, man I'm feeling this how are you guy's doing out there, you doing okay? Alright, well to get to the next exercise let's talk about some boob talk okay some real real boob talk. And I am going to tell you that I'm like a 34A sometimes 32B depending on the brand of the bra. But there was a point when I wanted to get fake boobs, and we will talk about that story in just a second - [Voice Over] Three, two, - one more - [Voice Over] One (beep) - Okay. Now our next one is called Hear No Evils, so you're on your knees right here or seated, hands behind the head, and or slightly behind the ears and you're to press the elbows together and out, press and out kind of like Hear no evils, see no evil speak speak no evil that's why I'm calling this Hear no evils. So, back to my story It was 2012 right after my bikini competition, where I lost a ton of weight in a period of eight weeks and was completely obsessed with how I looked, and how other women looked and all I wanted to look like was somebody with a big booty, a tiny waist and big boobs because that's what the women who looked, who won looked like on stage at my bikini competition. Whoa, well afterwards I fell into an eating disorder, I fell into a body image disorder and really was unhappy with my body and I thought that I wanted to do another fitness bikini competition and I wanted to prove the judges and prove everyone that yeah, I could do this, I could win. And that involved me wanting to get a boob job and man, I got the pamphlet I was really close to getting a consultation and then my friends and family was like Cassey, you're not being yourself like, is that what you really want? I realized you know what, that isn't what I want. (beeps) Okay, the next move is Elbow Clampers, I will continue the story hands together like this, right like do a unicorn right here a unicorn, and then you bring the elbows together, just like that. Boom, boom, okay keep it high, keep it high. Now, let me tell you, I realized that the reason why I wanted boobs was because I was comparing myself to other women who had them, and women who were winning trophies on stage, because they looked a certain way and I just don't look that way genetically. But luckily, I had my friends and my family there to remind me who I really was, like am I really that type of person who needs to go under the knife to change the way that I look? And the answer is no I'm not, I am someone who likes building my strength, who likes building my talents, who likes building my skills and you know what, I don't think there's anything wrong with getting plastic surgery, if that's something that you really want, and you feel like that's gonna make you more confident like coal power to you. Bu,t I think I was in a moment of weakness. And that's why I felt like boobs were gonna make me prettier. And they were gonna make me win competitions. But ,that's not my goal, at the end of the day. My goal is to teach. My goal is to run a business, to design, and having big boobs doesn't really affect any of that. So, I'm very thankful for my friends and my family who brought me back to regular caffeine. Eventually yes, - [Voice Over] three - many years later. (beeps) Wait, next move, three, two, one push, I will continue the story. Hands are going to be out, towards the edge of your mat. Okay, elbows are gonna come out, it's a three, two, one push up, knees on the floor, back straight. It's a three, two, one push up, okay? Now what was I saying? Well, I'm really grateful that I had my friends and family to bring me back to what my beliefs are. And to really help me realize that vanity and looking a certain way wasn't going to get me where I wanted to be. And I'm really glad I didn't go under the knife and do that. And you know what? People change, and I'm saying that right now, I don't know what will happen in the future but right now I'm really happy with my body and with the journey that it's on. I think the thing that keeps me super grounded and keeps me not unsatisfied with my body is the fact that, it's always getting better. Through exercises, I feel better. I look in the mirror, I think I look better, because my confidence is glowing from something internal, not something external. Whoa, okay, did I say everything I wanted to say about that? (giggles) Lift it up, and down. Two, three and lift. One more - [Voice Over] Three, two, one - Okay, our final move is the...oh. Our final move is the prayer pulse. And you guys know this one. Now you know, this one works your chest like crazy your biceps, your shoulders, and I just want you to lift, and you're gonna be amazing. Keep going up.
